Lemon trees are demanding trees that require well drained and rich soil to develop well. It's leaves are curling and dull. The plant was fine a couple of days ago until recently i found that its leaves are curling down and is not having any progress in growing. It is just transplant shock.
Look inside the curl and see if you can find insects, such as laurel thrips in addition to those mentioned by others.
